The organization Raid Total Centrale Paris has been certified to ISO 9001 in April 2009, this breakthrough is located in the continuity of its environmental commitment, and reflects its will to undertake real quality.

Why such a certification?

Just have the willingness to undertake a quality is not enough. It is essential to establish a system to ensure that it is implemented effectively and also to evaluate their effectiveness.

Thus, the organization of the Raid has been divided into different parts according to the process of composing, and each process has been provided with an indicator that measures its performance. In this way, we can make local and incremental improvements.
