The Anniversary Day in La Défense

Eh voilà... Le Raid a soufflé ses dix bougies au cours de la cérémonie de clôture de la Journée Anniversaire, le jeudi 10 avril dernier à la Défense, à l'issue d'une très belle journée de sport et d'esprit Raid... It's been 10 years that the Raid Total Centrale Paris makes hundreds of students and tens of companies dream! 10 years that some of them take part in this great sports event whose fame has kept growing, and whose environmental and moral convictions like team spirit or self-challenging have always been claimed. But all this would not be without a great cooperation beetween students from Centrale and partner companies.

On the esplanade of la Défense, at the foot of the 187 meters-high Total tower, we will create a dream! The treats in store: a giant urban race around the square, biathlon with an introduction to blowgun, a climbing wall with several levels of difficulty for everyone, to experiment at la Défense with the spirit of the Raid. The association will also be presented thanks to a Giant Sudoku where the participant will arrange the founding values of the Raid. A check point similar to those who are used during the Raid will give you a general idea of the friendly atmosphere the previous and the future courageous competitors have experienced. For people who would like to know more about the Raid, a photographic and video exposition will be proposed. This way everybody will know about the Raid, the competitors, the sections and also the companies who sponsor us since so many years. Finally at the end of the day, the route of the Raid Total-Centrale Paris 2008 will be revealed on a giant map!
